Welcome to La Randulina
We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe here. That's why we ask you to consider each other and follow these house rules.
During the stay
Follow the instructions of our staff. Is there something not to your liking? Let us know, then we'll look for a solution together.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
Every guest must provide identification and register upon check-in. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
Found items can be turned in at the reception. La Randulina is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.
The management, owner and employees of La Randulina cannot be held responsible for any injury or material and immaterial damage suffered by visitors during their visit.
Safety and fire
Stay calm in case of a fire. Warn the reception and/or activate the nearest fire alarm. Leave the building immediately in case of a general fire alarm.
Use emergency exits only in case of emergency.
Never remove or tamper with smoke detectors. If you violate this rule, you must immediately leave the hotel and we will charge a fine of €250.
Smoking in the room is not allowed. If this happens, we will charge €250 for cleaning costs. If this sets off the fire alarm, we will also charge the call-out costs of the fire brigade, which amount to €275.
Taking account of each other
Prevent nuisance caused by loud music, noise or unpleasant behavior.
Hotel property must not be taken outside. In case of deliberate damage, the costs of repair or replacement may be charged.
The possession, use and trade of drugs is not permitted. If detected, we will involve the police and justice system.
Receiving paying guests in the room for sexual activities is not allowed.
If rules are violated
In situations not covered by these house rules, the management of La Randulina will make the decision. Violation of the house rules may result in the involvement of the police and justice authorities and the request to leave the building immediately. La Randulina reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund of the paid reservation amount.
