Cancellation conditions

Of course, we hope that you will not have to cancel your trip due to circumstances. However, if this proves necessary, we would like to point out the following cancellation conditions:

For every cancellation CHF 50 per booked room will be charged

In case of cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before the start of your holiday with us, you owe us 50% of the total amount.

If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of your holiday with us, you owe us 75% of the total amount.

In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of your holiday with us, you owe us 100% of the total amount.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance in the Netherlands. The costs are low and it will save you a lot of trouble and disappointment.
